Shipping Within New Zealand
EzyNails ships from Northland, New Zealand using trusted courier services managed through Go Sweet Spot.
Free NZ Shipping: Orders over $35
Standard Shipping: $6.95 NZD
Order Processing
Orders are usually packed the next morning, within 0–1 business days.
Orders placed before midnight 12:00am NZST are typically processed the following business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- North Island: 1–2 business days
- South Island: 1–2 business days
- Rural addresses: Please allow extra delivery time
Delivery estimates are a guide and may vary during busy periods. Our courier service aims for next day delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.
EzyNails cannot be responsible for parcels delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect address information supplied at checkout.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, please check around your property, ask household members and check with neighbours.
If you're still unable to locate it, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
