- An LED nail lamp
- A nail file
- An alcohol wipe

- Cuticle pusher
- Base coat, for extra protection

How to apply gel nailwraps
Five simple steps to a glossy gel finish at home.
Prep your nails
Wash and dry your hands and remove any old polish. Lightly buff, gently push back your cuticles, then wipe each nail with an alcohol wipe. Add a base coat if you like.
Pick your sizes
Choose the wrap that best fits each nail. If it's not quite right, trim the edges with scissors.
Apply
Peel the wrap off the backing, touching the sticky side as little as possible. Place it at the cuticle, smooth out to the edges and press down firmly.
File the tip
Fold the extra wrap over the end of your nail and file downwards. Or snip it back now and file once it's cured.
Cure it
Pop your nails under the LED lamp for 60 seconds to lock in that real gel finish.
- Not quite straight? Gently lift and reposition the wrap before you press it down firmly and cure.
- Keep your hands out of water for about an hour after applying.
- Store any unused wraps in a ziplock bag to keep them fresh.

How to remove gel nailwraps
You'll need a warm water and oil soak (or oil-based remover or nail polish remover), your cuticle pusher, and some hand cream or cuticle oil.
Soften
Soak your fingertips in warm water with nail oil, or apply oil-based remover or nail polish remover around the edges.
Ease it off
Use your cuticle pusher to gently lift the wrap from the edge. Never peel or force it off.
Be patient
If it doesn't lift easily, soak a little longer. Take care not to scratch the surface of your nail.
Nourish
Finish with your favourite hand cream and a little cuticle oil.
