At EzyNails, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
Returns at a Glance

Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In resaleable condition
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- a faulty item
- a damaged product
- the wrong item
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos if applicable

We'll provide instructions before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If we've made an error or your item is faulty, EzyNails will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different style, simply place a new order after your return has been approved.
