If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

 

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • A receipt, order confirmation or order number can be used as proof of purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used nail products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened nail wraps
  • Used nail wraps
  • Opened gel nail wraps
  • Used gel nail wraps
  • Opened press-on nails
  • Used press-on nails
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The reason for your return

Do not send products back before contacting us.

If your return is approved, EzyNails will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

EzyNails will provide a return shipping label for approved returns.

Please wait for return instructions before sending any items back.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help make it right.

For faulty nail wraps, please keep any unused wraps in their original packaging where possible.

 

Exchanges

If your return is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • An exchange
  • Store credit

Depending on the circumstances.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
